IHRCA is an association of contract recruiters, contract technical recruiters, and other senior-level human resources consultants with expertise in a broad range of HR disciplines: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, law, HRIS, etc., in client companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 25. New Username Guidelines

To help users remember their accounts, there are now no restrictions on what your username can be. In the past, new user (visitor) accounts were requested to follow the convention of Lastname.Firstname which was case-sensitive. Now usernames can be any combination of allowed characters. However, it is strongly recommended that you select a username that will readily identify you to other members of IHRCA.
