Stan has over 30 years of Human Resource Management experience; and over 15 years of management consulting experience. He has held leadership positions with Arthur D. Little, GTE, and Stratus Computers. He has provided consulting services to not-for-profits, financial services, telecommunications, defense, medical products, retail, and high tech. His impressive list of clients includes MFS, Fidelity, MITRE, TSA, Boston Scientific, Lycos, Workscape, Raytheon, and ThingMagic. He has helped a wide variety of clients achieve their goals; from large, well-established clients, to venture capital backed start up companies.

Stan has expertise in employee relations, employment/recruiting, diversity and training. He has offered training programs in sexual harassment, performance management, climate assessment, and employment interviewing.
