IHRCA is an association of contract recruiters, contract technical recruiters, and other senior-level human resources consultants with expertise in a broad range of HR disciplines: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, law, HRIS, etc., in client companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 25. Our members live in Massachusetts (MA) and New Hampshire (NH), but many will travel and work nationally. Click on the Members tab ( or here )to learn about the specialties of each member.

Since 1993, IHRCA has been providing professional development and networking opportunities for its members…and has served as a free and open resource for client companies in need of HR solutions.

To be eligible for membership in IHRCA, an HR consultant must have at least five years of professional HR experience and must abide by IHRCA's ethical code.

Employers, you now have the opportunity to 'visit' with over 50 Independent Human Resource Consultants without leaving your computer. In case you are a first time visitor to our site, please take a few moments, now or later, and view our mission statement, by-laws and calendar of events as well. If you or someone you know has a need for a Professional Human Resource Consultant or Regular\Full Time Associate, this is the place to let our members know about that need. All submissions are confidential and available to all our members, who are honor bound to maintain your confidentiality. Our members will only contact the appropriate contact person listed. However, YOU are free to contact any member listed on our membership list to inquire about availability, specialty, rates etc.

It is important for you to know that each member of IHRCA is an independent businessperson and each negotiates and determines his/her own agreement with clients. YOU don't pay any fee, markup, premium, surcharge etc. when you hire a member of the Independent Human Resource Consultants Association (IHRCA). The dues paid by members cover the costs associated with developing and maintaining www.ihrca.com.
