We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner/ Generalist to support the Software Engineering/Development organization within the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Solutions Division based in Manchester, NH. This individual will provide direct client support in all areas of HR including manager coaching, employee relations, staffing, performance management, HR administration and training and development under the direction of the Director of Human Resources.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides guidance and counsel to managers on all HR-related matters
• Provides analysis to management on a variety of human resource-related measures and contributes to recommendations to management required to improve results.
• Provides training to management team on a variety of HR topics
• Monitors goal tracking and development plans for business unit managers and directors
• Provides guidance to business units regarding current regulatory changes impacting the human resources
• Counsels employees concerning work-related concerns or issues
• Facilitates confidential internal HR related investigations
• Assists with creation of position descriptions and organizes the recruitment and selection of new employees. Screens resumes and applications and may interview applicants. Recommends appropriate job and level.
• Monitors the accuracy of HR records and coordinates corrections as required.
• Conducts exit interviews and discusses findings with HR Business partner and business unit management.• Contributes in the development of the Division’s HR strategy.
• Drives manager and employee development efforts within the client group by encouraging participation in training and development, leading skills development workshops, and working with managers to create development plans.
• Provides coaching to managers and employees at all levels within client group
• Manages employee relations issues for the client group; provides guidance and counsel to managers on all HR-related matters; facilitates confidential internal HR related investigations
• Oversees the implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives within the client group, which includes performance management, annual salary review and stock option grant, workforce planning and employee engagement survey.
• Provides analysis to management on a variety of human resource-related measures and contributes to recommendations to management required to improve results.
• Provides guidance to business units regarding current regulatory changes impacting the human resources
• Assists with creation of position descriptions and organizes the recruitment and selection of new employees.This position will be based in Waltham, MA, but will require frequent travel to AEC offices located in US and abroad.
RECRUITING SPECIALIST
We are considering Full Time Permanent Candidates, as well as JOB SHARE candidates,
who would share 40 hours per week.
In this exciting role, you will be a member of PTC’s expanding global recruiting team whose primary function is to attract talent across PTC’s organization in order to ensure the Company reaches its revenue and profitability goals.
Your main objective will be to identify internal and external candidates and ensure those candidates are moved efficiently through the full lifecycle recruiting process, from initial phone screen through offer stage. You will use a wide variety of tools to identify candidates, including job boards, networking, PTC’s internal database, referrals, campus recruiting, etc.This is a high-energy, ever-evolving department.
