Facebook is a known recruiting tool for many. The demographics have increased from the 18 to 20 year old age groups to the 30 plus years and older. There are a variety of searches that can be achieved just by reviewing the profiles and career groups, along with, other features provided on individual pages. Many staffing professionals have successfully found the "diamonds in the haystacks".

H1 transfer while changing status from H4 to H1

Please help me sending answer for my query.

Currently my spouse is on H4, we just changed status from H1 to H4 since she lost her job.

I know it is possible to again change status from H4 to H1 whenever we want to.

But I want to know is it possible to transfer H1 while changing the status of visa from H4 to H1 ?

H1-B transfer and Premium process

Hi,

My visa expired on may 05 2008. But I already applied for h1-b transfer on august 2007. Due to regular process and my application was picked for a security cehck i got the background check completed first week of this month. My employer said that I only have 240 days after my expiration to get the h1-b transfered .so I applied for premium process last week. If I do not get my visa before jan 5th will I be out of status?
